Terms & Conditions
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving order notification. In most cases the goods arrive three (national) to twenty five (international) days after dispatch. If you have not received your goods within 25 working days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, Please note that for orders outside Peru will take longer. If we anticipate any delay beyond this, we will let you know. For security reasons and to guarantee the safe delivery of our products we only use Serpost First class Recorded Delivery.
Peru Postage Charges: £10.00 = e 12.00= $ 15.00= 50.00 s/.
Postage charges to the rest of the world £30.00 = e 35.00 = $ 45.00 = 130.00 s/.
Please note our order cut off is 1pm, so any orders received after this time may not be despatched that day.
Your delivery will require a signature. Please give us your work address, or an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If no one is available to sign, a card will be left so you can arrange delivery at a later date.
Overseas orders are despatched using Royal Mail International Signed For. Our charges apply to all parcels weighing no more than 2kg. Our products are light weight so this covers the majority of despatches. If a parcel weighs more than 2kgs, an additional carriage charge may apply and we will contact you to advise and arrange additional payment.
Customs and Import Duties may apply in some countries and these must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. We advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.
You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying us by email within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card.
You may cancel your purchase of goods within 7 days of receipt of goods by notifying us by email. You must then return the goods to us at your expense. Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Textiles Qero reserve the right not to accept their return. Textiles Qero will refund you within 30 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery and it is your responsibility to insure the carriage. You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt, whereupon you will be refunded in full.
Time limitation for notification of claims
Damage in transit: If the goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 2 days of delivery.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or any loss to the customer arising from third party claims.
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days from delivery.
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
Any claims regarding errors in dispatch or invoicing of any Product must be submitted to us within seven days of receipt of the advice note or invoice. We may refuse to recognise a claim not made within that period.
Distance Selling Regulations (General)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.
