Mesa Sacerdotal Q'ero

The “Andean Mesa” is a Inca oracle used to conduct rituals as part of the spiritual technology of the Incas. The Qeros carry out offerings to Pacha Mama (Mother Earth), the Apus (mountain spirits) as well as other deities for the general well-being of humanity, nature and the universe.

The “Mesa” is made up of three textiles“lliqlla”, “uquña” and a “tawa” they are tied together with a “watana”

Each “misa” is woven and blessed by Felipa Calcina.

Uquña (Duality)

The “Uquña” symbolizes duality, such as feminine and masculine, in which you can read coca leaves, make offerings to the Pacha Mama, the Apus and other deities.

Tawa (Four Elements)

Represents the four elements (Pacha : earth, nina : fire, wayra : wind, yacu: water) and the three Andean worlds: the underworld (Uju Pacha), the current world (Kay Pacha) and the world above (Hanan Pacha). It is used for rituals, oracles and to balance energies.

Huatana

Specially designed to tie the “Mesa” it can also be used as a bracelet or protection necklace.
